Seth Crow researched careers in Arkansas with excellent benefits and found a few that required power plant classes. He soon discovered an interest in instrumentation and controls.

“I saw there was a large opening in this field,” Seth says. “Also, the wholesale power industry will not be going away anytime soon. I came out of trade school with a well-paying job to start saving for things like a house or a Jeep — not paying back student loans.”

He likes that there he gets to have new and exciting experiences. “Every day there is something new. This makes my job enjoyable and provides a great career path for me.”

"I found a career, not just a job, that I will be happy to keep until I retire. My job is very rewarding." – Seth
